"Nailed It" is the story of Dylan, a boy who loves colors and so decides to wear nail polish. His friends and classmates thinks boys shouldn’t do that, but, with support, Dylan’s strength and self-expression shine through.

Author Brianna Rae Johns is an Elementary Teacher from Germantown, Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and currently obtaining her master’s at Saint Joseph’s University in Writing. She always had a passion for writing, but it was not until she took a course in college about diverse children’s literature that she knew she wanted to write books for children, books that told her student’s unique stories.
