Join us to meet artist, director, and producer Christina Faith, who uses black girl magic and faith to explore the lives and loves of black millennials in her web series "Single & Anxious."
Single and Anxious uses an array of fresh, new, and skilled talent from Philadelphia who are all bringing their A game. As told by Christina Faith “It was an active choice in our casting to display people of color of all shapes, sizes, and skin tones. We wanted to be able to show the diversity amongst POC like the communities we live and work in everyday”. Each and every member of the cast brings life and authenticity to each character. S&A stays true to their original storyline and dives into the lives of these characters. Watch as twenty somethings, college students, and young drug dealers navigate through real life problems.
Christina will be reading from and signing her new book, "Single and Anxious." Written as the antidote to the struggles faced by the characters in the popular companion web series, SINGLE AND ANXIOUS is an honest reflection on singleness and the battles faced by millennials in relationships. Christina Faith uses her own personal journey to demonstrate how God used brokenness to help her live her best life as a single person. This dynamic book exposes the various wounds that can show up in a single person’s dating life and guides the reader on their path to joy and contentment in Christ.
