Come as you are for a post-election pop-up listening and support circle in our second-floor reading room. Bring yourself and your feelings, your thoughts, your worries or fears, let downs or disappointments, hopes and dreams. This will be a safe and supportive space where we will gather to listen, witness and support you. This is not intended to be therapy (though the facilitator is a therapist) but instead a place to process, feel, and unite together. Free and light refreshments will be available.
Please RSVP to Susie Bash at lalunaelsol4@gmail.com or just show up.
Susie is a therapist with over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. For the past 15 years she has worked within primary care clinics across Jefferson Health and within federally qualified health centers as a Behavioral Health Consultant. She brings a heart-centered, compassionate, and solution focused approach to her work with clients.
Coming together during times like these is often vital to our mental and emotional health. Being connected to supportive community is also vital to our well being.
Hope to see you!
